Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Registered Nurse for full‑time day shifts. You will deliver patient‑centered nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize outcomes in a 40‑bed rehabilitation setting.

Current RN license in Indiana is required; BSN is preferred. ACLS is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation are essential to support care plans and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license required.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit and coordinate patient care.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
