Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the day shift in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This full-time role supports nursing care across the patient journey, from admission through discharge, under the guidance of the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing (RN diploma, ASN or ADN) required.
• Virginia RN license or eligibility (with Virginia licensure compacts acceptable).
• BLS Certification required.
• Reliable phone communication with hospital required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within scope of license and regulations.
• Serve as RN I with responsibilities for unit patient population and mandatory competencies.
• Support unit initiatives, patient/family education, and quality/safety programs.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain professional standards.
