Job summary

Mary Free Bed is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Valley – Mary Free Bed Inpatient Nursing unit. The RN will provide care in a 0.6 FTE, day-shift role, reporting to the Program Manager, Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Must meet Virginia RN licensure and BLS requirements and maintain professional standards.

The RN will participate in patient teaching, ensure safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Associates, Nursing (RN diploma, ASN, or ADN) is required.
• RN License in Virginia or eligibility to practice in VA.
• BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of their license, as required by law.
• Carry out the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation.
