Full-time days with opportunities to contribute across multiple specialty programs. Graduate nurses with Florida RN (or multi-state) licensure and a current BLS certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current Florida RN license or valid multi-state RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas; NRP for NICU.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation for home health duties.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care and evaluates progress.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care; coordinates with team.
• Preceptor, charge nurse, unit educator, or nurse clinician as assigned.
• Documents patient care in medical records per standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
