Job summary

ARMStaffing in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in LTACH/inpatient rehabilitation settings. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy interventions to support recovery and quality of life.

You will perform evaluations, develop plans, and implement interventions including AROM/AAROM/PROM, strength testing, and mobility training, using adaptive devices as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active BLS certification.
• Alaska PT License or a compact PT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions, including AROM/AAROM/PROM, strength testing, and mobility training.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.
