Job summary

Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for inpatient rehabilitation on a PRN basis. You will deliver expert patient care within a multidisciplinary team and uphold our commitment to high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, assessing patients, setting goals, and documenting progress. Ohio licensure and current BLS/CPR are required; inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for care provided by PTs, PTAs, and therapy techs when supervising staff.
• Assesses patients, initiates PT interventions, collaborates with the care team.
