Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and develop personalized treatment plans for patients on the rehabilitation journey.

You will supervise treatments, conduct assessments, and build strong patient relationships while supporting recovery. Licensed PT and CPR/BLS within 30 days are required, with inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
