Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, develop personalized care plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey in a supportive, well-equipped setting. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and build meaningful relationships while contributing to a compassionate, growth-oriented team.

Requirements include a current state license in Physical Therapy and BLS/CPR, with inpatient rehab

Qualifications

• Must have current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and address their physical, mental and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and support recovery throughout their stay.
