Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and electronic formats with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establish, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehab aides per regulations and standards.
• Maintain productivity and adjust hours to meet patient needs.
• Document accurately and timely with objective terminology.
