Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in documentation and medical record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including ROM, gait, strength, coordination, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training and modalities as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, devices, and home management.
• Monitor progress, modify plans, and document sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
