Exalt Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sarasota, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate patients recovering from illnesses and injuries. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Competenze

• DPT from an accredited program.
• 2 years inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and documentation skills.
