Encompass Health in Florida is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey with a collaborative team.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and monitor progress.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and facilitate motivation throughout rehabilitation.
