Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to guide recovery in a supportive environment.

Must hold a current state PT license and BLS/CPR within 30 days of hire. Inpatient rehab experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth across a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones throughout the rehabilitation journey.
