Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct inpatient care, guide patient progress, and develop personalized care plans within a technologically equipped PT gym environment.

You\'ll supervise treatments, assess patient needs, and support recovery with compassionate, evidence-based care. Current state PT license and BLS/CPR within 30 days are required; commitment to continuing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Must hold current state Physical Therapy license.
• BLS (CPR) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans.
