Ardent Health Services is seeking a full-time Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to join our team in Tyler, TX. This role involves evaluating clients and formulating treatment plans to support their rehabilitation process within a caring and supportive environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
• A minimum of six (6) months’ experience in an acute, rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and assesses the client based on subjective and objective information.
• Formulates written functional measurable goals and treatment plans.
• Provides treatment according to established goals and reassesses clients.
• Instructs and educates clients/caregivers in appropriate activities.
• Documents evaluations and progress in the clinical record.
• Communicates with clients and health care professionals for interdisciplinary care.
• Attends case conferences for client discussions.
• Maintains skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
