Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience in physical therapy.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
