The Waterton Health & Rehabilitation in Tyler, TX is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program.

You’ll screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver skilled rehab interventions while coordinating with families and care teams to support recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license is required.

• Ability to adhere to regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds; develop care plans.
• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatments per plan and regulatory standards.
• Administer procedures (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
