Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
• BLS certification per AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including ROM testing, gait analysis, strength and balance assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training and modalities to address patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, assistive devices and safe home management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain patient records.
