University of Vermont Health Network - UVMMC Fanny Allen Campus in Colchester, VT seeks a Physical Therapist for the Inpatient Rehab Therapies department. This per diem role offers day shifts with no guaranteed hours and non-benefit eligibility.

The therapist provides direct patient care, develops movement and mobility plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence. Vermont licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s of Science or higher degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Vermont.

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy to patients in varying states of health and illness. Physical therapists diagnose and manage movement dysfunction, enhance physical and functional abilities, and promote quality of life related to movement and health.
• Teach and prepare patients/families and caregivers for continued care after discharge.
• May be involved in consultative services within the organization and community.
