Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab setting. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapies to help patients regain independence after injury, illness, or surgery, with 7–8 patients per day.

Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, and you will work with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with comprehensive benefits and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• New/Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.
• H1B Visa Sponsorship is NOT Available.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily activities and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage a caseload of 7–8 patients per day, delivering compassionate, patient-centered therapy.
