Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our inpatient rehab team, managing 7–8 patients daily alongside a multidisciplinary group. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized interventions to maximize independence and functional recovery.

Required qualifications include a OT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate) and active license or eligibility, with strong communication and teamwork. H1B sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' independence and daily function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care supporting recovery for 7–8 patients per day.
