Qualifications

• Must have an active Florida Occupational Therapist license (FL OT).
• Annual Orthopedic education requirements for orthopedic team.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, identify acuity level, plan and implement treatment programs.
• Utilize purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and health across physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental conditions.
