Job summary

Parham Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, VA, is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy and promote patient independence. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to assess needs, create individualized care plans, and provide hands-on treatment tailored to each patient’s goals.

The role requires VA state licensure and BLS at hire, with preference for experience in acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• BLS – required at time of hire.
• Licensed in the State of Virginia.
• Previous experience in an acute care facility preferred; new graduates considered.

Your role will include:

• 1. Responsible for clinical management of the patient.
