Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in Inpatient Rehab settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per nursing process and collaborate with physicians, families, and staff.

The role requires an approved nursing program graduate with TN RN licensure and BCLS certification at hire; inpatient experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• RN licensed in Tennessee at hire.
• BCLS certification required at hire.
• Experience in inpatient setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care according to medical regimens and standards.
• Initiates assessment based on patient needs and diagnosis.
• Collects information from patient and reports; ensures consents and IDs.
• Determines nursing diagnoses and prioritizes care; emphasizes patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Documents assessment findings and clinical judgments; maintains records.
• Performs ongoing assessments and reprioritizes care as needed.
• Plans and implements care; administers medications as ordered; monitors responses.
• Coordinates referrals and provides patient education; maintains medical records.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and staff to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Supervises LPNs and supports training of new staff and students.
