Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling.
• Lead family meetings and crisis intervention as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Support patients and families dealing with serious illness and coordinate referrals.
