Job summary

Resolute Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician to serve as Medical Director. This role offers clinical leadership for an inpatient rehabilitation program and a dedicated administrative stipend.

You will partner with hospital administration, therapy leadership, nursing, and case management to drive high-quality outcomes and ensure adherence to rehabilitation standards, with strong collaboration across the care team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure; DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the rehabilitation program.
• Partner with hospital administration, therapy, nursing, and case management to ensure outcomes and compliance.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to advance program growth and quality outcomes.
