The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Liaison to support inpatient rehabilitation admissions from Billings, MT. This PRN/part-time role focuses on intake coordination, on-site clinical judgment, and communicating patient options to families and care teams.

You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and payors, ensuring timely information and smooth admission processes in a dynamic rehab setting.

Competenze

• Montana license as a clinician is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Assist and coordinate in‑take and pre‑admission screening processes.
• Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine admission appropriateness.
• Communicate rehabilitation options to patients and families and align expectations.
• Gather information on patient resources and benefits.
• Engage external case management and discharge planning with payors and facilities.
• Conduct face-to-face education for physicians, case managers, and other professionals.
• Educate physicians, case managers, and decision makers about hospital and rehab services.
