Dunes Surgical Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and oversee patient care in the Recovery Care Center. The RN will follow nursing standards and hospital policies, execute physician orders, and communicate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning perioperative care, documenting records, maintaining clinical competencies, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Work experience as a professional nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

• Knows and adheres to hospital policies and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Follows perioperative nursing care policies and procedures.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates pre and post operative nursing care per physician orders.
• Organizes and prepares medical records; documents care fully.
• Maintains and demonstrates current skills in IV therapy, medications, patient assessment, airway maintenance, and patient education.
