Job summary

Covenant HealthCare in Michigan seeks an Inpatient Radiographer to deliver high-quality imaging in a hospital setting. You will work under supervision, perform radiographic exams for interpretation by Radiologists, and maintain patient records with care and empathy.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-registered or eligible, with BLS certification, strong patient handling and teamwork skills, and the ability to operate diverse imaging equipment across departments while ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• Currently registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and evaluate diagnostically acceptable radiographs per protocol.
• Operate a wide range of imaging equipment across hospital settings.
• Position patients and document pertinent clinical history as required.
• Explain procedures to patients and monitor for adverse reactions during contrast injections.
• Transport patients and assist with patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain radiographic equipment and keep work area clean and stocked.
