Job summary

Pine Ridge Care Center in California is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues. This role includes planning and delivering care within an approved plan, while maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring safe discharges.

Opportunity includes a salary range of $99,840 to $124,800 with full/part-time options and a sign-on bonus. California license required; new graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
