Qualifications

• Minimum of five years professional, clinical expertise in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide leadership to staff.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly skilled therapy team in a Level 1 Trauma center.
• Manage the daily operation of the department ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care planning.
