• BS Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Physical Therapy license OR Candidates for licensure who have submitted a complete and accepted application for licensure
• American Heart Association - BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve physical function.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes and coordinate with patients, families, and other health professionals.
• Discharge planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain thorough medical records and daily treatment notes as per policy.
• Meet productivity standards and support staff as needed.
