Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shreveport is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for full-time and PRN openings in Louisiana. You will deliver inpatient PT services, assess patient needs, and develop personalized rehab plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in need.
• Supervise care and treatments, perform assessments, and create care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate progress and outcomes with patients and teams.
