Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shreveport is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality inpatient care and guide patients through rehabilitation. This full-time role includes PRN openings, offering opportunities for growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

You’ll assess, treat, and coordinate care plans, building strong patient relationships while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy services.
• Supervise treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes with the team.
