Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shreveport is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab services. This full-time role, with PRN openings, focuses on direct patient care, comprehensive assessments, and personalized treatment plans within a supportive, advanced therapy environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise care, and engage patients to promote meaningful recovery and progress from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
