Job summary

You will perform psychosocial assessments, coordinate with families for discharge planning, and help monitor social services while adhering to licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin licensure: Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Advanced Practice Social Worker, or Social Worker, Clinical.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers and CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Master's Degree in Social Work or in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, or Counseling).
• Typically 2 years of therapy experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy in the inpatient level of care.
• Reviews assessment data and treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs psychosocial assessments and coordinates discharge planning with families.
• Ensures compliance with licensure and safety standards and quality of care.
