Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Texas. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing inpatient care, working within a collaborative clinical environment on a 7on/7off schedule.

TX license and DEA registration are required, with compensation of $130,000–$160,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of psychiatry or inpatient medicine experience.
• Active TX license and DEA registration.
• PMHNP or PA-C certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for inpatient behavioral health patients.
• Deliver ongoing psychiatric care in an inpatient setting within a collaborative team.
• Communicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure patient safety and treatment goals.
