Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking compassionate PMHNPs or PA-Cs to join our outpatient psychiatry team. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for behavioral health patients on a Monday–Friday schedule in Texas.

Active TX licensure and DEA registration are required, with 6 months of related experience preferred. New graduates with active licensure are encouraged to apply and the compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• PMHNP or PA-C certification required.
• Active Texas license and DEA registration required.
• 6 months of experience in psychiatry/behavioral health or outpatient medicine preferred; new graduates with active licensure encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for behavioral health patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health services.
