You will work on a 21-bed unit with an experienced team of 3 providers per shift, caring for adults aged 17 and up. A flexible 4-day work week and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Inpatient mental health experience preferred (RN or NP).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage an adult inpatient unit (ages 17+) with 21 beds and 3 providers per shift.
• See 8–12 patients per shift; participate in call schedule.
• Provide high-quality psychiatric care and collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes.
