Job summary

MercyOne in Davenport, IA is seeking an experienced Inpatient Behavioral Health NP/PA to join our collaborative inpatient team. The role supports a 36-bed unit staffed by a psychiatrist and two APPs, with Monday–Friday day hours and a weekend rotation.

The position requires at least 2 years of experience; call 1–2 nights per week and one weekend per month. A $10,000 bonus is offered to support onboarding and high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Inpatient Behavioral Health NP/PA role with hospital team experience.
• Collaborative inpatient department environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient behavioral health care within a 36-bed unit.
• Support daily operations with a psychiatrist and two APPs.
• Provide coverage with 1 weekend per month and 1–2 nights of call per week.
