Adult/Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director Lubbock, TX | We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas. If you're passionate about high-quality behavioral health care and want to work with a supportive, well-resourced team this is an exceptional opportunity.

Position Highlights

Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)

Setting: 100% Inpatient

Employment: W2 or 1099

Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

• Monday Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off
• Call is phone-based

Clinical Practice

• 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily
• Medication management & crisis stabilization
• Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• EMR: WellSky
• Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud
• Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Lubbock
• Eligible for Texas medical license
