Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field (counseling/psychology).
• One year of experience with adults in psychiatric settings.
• Licensure: LCSW or LPC preferred.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle with Care training is required or provided during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based group psychotherapy and psycho-education.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor safety and treatment response.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient stabilization.
• Serve as core clinical provider in an intensive behavioral health program.
