Job summary

The Pavilion Behavioral Health System in Champaign, IL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time inpatient role. The position features a Monday–Friday on-site schedule, an adolescent-focused caseload, and an option to treat adult patients, with leadership opportunities within the multidisciplinary team.

Compensation includes a base salary with a production bonus, signing bonuses, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and admissions
• Provide daily patient care and rounding
• Manage treatment plans and medication
• Lead and participate in treatment team meetings
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and support teams
