The Pavilion Behavioral Health System in Champaign, IL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time inpatient role. The position features a Monday–Friday on-site schedule, an adolescent-focused caseload, and an option to treat adult patients, with leadership opportunities within the multidisciplinary team.

Compensation includes a base salary with a production bonus, signing bonuses, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance if needed.

The Behavioral Health System is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team in Champaign, IL.

This is a full-time employed position with a weekday-only schedule, offering strong compensation, leadership opportunities, and a manageable patient volume.

Position Highlights

• Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends required)

• Adolescent-focused caseload (16 patients/day)
