Behavioral Health System Champaign in Champaign, IL is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our adolescent services team. The role focuses on a predictable weekday schedule with an adolescent caseload (~16/day) and occasional adult patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Active Illinois Medical License.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent fellowship preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clinical rounding, admissions, and daily care for an adolescent inpatient unit.
• Lead Treatment Team coordinating with social workers, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Oversee a daily caseload of ~16 patients to ensure high-quality psychiatric outcomes.
