PsychPlus is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist to join our inpatient team in McAllen, TX. This position offers a 7 on/7 off schedule and the opportunity to deliver critical psychiatric care within a supportive, mission-driven culture.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, manage medications, provide therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining precise documentation.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Ability to work a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
