PsychPlus in the Greater Houston area is seeking a psychiatrist to join our inpatient team, conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing direct patient care. This role offers a flexible employment model (W2 or 1099) with a salary of $350,000 per year, potentially rising to $450,000 by adding outpatient hours, and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
