PsychPlus in the Greater Houston area is seeking a psychiatrist to join our inpatient team. The role features a unique 7 on/7 off schedule, enabling a balanced workflow while delivering critical psychiatric care.

The position offers competitive annual compensation with a salary range of $350,000 to $450,000, depending on outpatient hours and experience. Board-certified or eligible physicians with a valid license are encouraged to apply.

Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an Inpatient setting in the Greater Houston area. This position offers a unique 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
