Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science Field required.
• Two years of mental health experience preferred.
• Licensure (LPC/LMSW) preferred; Basic Life Support training required.

Responsibilities

• Develops treatment plans and oversees individual and group interventions.
• Document assessments, treatments, and evaluations in EMR.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Engage in community education and QA/QI activities.
