Qualifications

• Candidates must have a current clinical or social work license in the state of OH.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions.
• Displays active involvement in the treatment planning process.
• Provides family session counseling to ensure communication.
• Communicates effectively with clients and families.
• Works with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and nursing staff.

Skills

Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients

CPR and de-escalation certification

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team

Education

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent
